Project Management

ONCE PLANS ARE APPROVED - KING DAVID ARCHITECTURE PROVIDES PROJECT MANAGEMENT WHICH INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

  • Visiting the Job Site DAILY
  • Monitoring the Contractor to insure NO short cuts are taken
  • Monitoring ALL materials specified by the Contractor are used on the job
  • Meeting with Owners for updates
  • Making sure that ALL work is done by code
  • Coordinating with Contractor
  • Resolving ANY disputes between Owner and Contractor
  • Quality Control
  • Review shop drawings for ACCURATE details
  • Revising ARCHITECTURAL PLANS as need as required for construction
  • Review payments with Owner, Architect and Contractor
  • Provide tracking of LEGAL PAPER WORK
